How to fit PLUGS

Pop in, twist, done. It takes a minute the first time and a few seconds after that.

1. Pop inHold the ring and gently push the tip into your ear.
2. TwistTurn the ring back so it tucks into the curve of your ear.
3. DoneIt should feel snug and sit flat, without sticking out.

Four tip sizes in every set

Your PLUGS arrive with medium tips fitted, plus three spare pairs in other sizes. Every ear is different, and it's normal to need a different size in each one.

Swapping tips

• Hold the plug and pull the tip off its stem.
• Push the new tip on until it sits snugly, with no gap.
• Wear it for a few minutes before you judge the fit.

The first few nights

Your own voice and breathing will sound louder. That means the seal is good, and it fades as you get used to them. Give yourself a night or two.

Taking them out

Hold the ring, twist a little and ease them out. Pop them back in the case.

Cleaning

• Wash them in lukewarm water with a little mild soap.
• Rinse, then let them dry completely before they go back in the case.
• The tips come off, so you can wash them separately.
• Replace tips that tear or lose their shape, and keep your PLUGS to yourself.

Good to know

• Never push them deep into your ear.
• If they feel uncomfortable, take them out and try a smaller tip.
• Don't wear them where you need to hear your surroundings, like driving or riding.
• Small parts: keep them away from young children.
