These terms apply when you shop at the PLUGS online store. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

After you place an order, we may call or message you to confirm it. We may decline an order we can't confirm, or one placed at a price shown by mistake. If that happens, we'll let you know.

Prices

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (LE). Multi-pair prices apply automatically in your cart. Delivery is LE 80 per order and is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Payment

You pay cash on delivery, when your order arrives.

Using PLUGS

• PLUGS are an everyday comfort product, not a medical device.
• Insert them gently and never push them deep into your ear. Stop using them if they feel uncomfortable.
• Don't wear them where you need to hear your surroundings, for example while driving or riding.
• They contain small parts. Keep them away from young children.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

The text, images and design of this store belong to PLUGS and may not be copied without our permission.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
