How to fit them

Pop in, twist, done. It takes a minute the first time and a few seconds after that.

  1. Pop in

    Hold the ring and gently push the tip into your ear.

  2. Twist

    Turn the ring back so it tucks into the curve of your ear.

  3. Done

    It should feel snug and sit flat, without sticking out.

Pressing or sore?

Go a size down.

Loose or slipping out?

Go a size up.

Your own voice sounds louder at first. That means the seal is good, and it fades in a night or two.

Questions

Will they make everything silent?

No, and they're not meant to. PLUGS take the edge off everyday noise: traffic, voices, the TV in the next room. Loud sounds still come through, just quieter.

Are they comfortable to sleep in?

They're soft silicone and the ring sits flat, so nothing hard presses into your ear. If a tip presses, go a size down. Give yourself a night or two to get used to them.

Will I still hear my alarm?

PLUGS turn noise down. They don't switch the world off. A phone alarm next to you usually still comes through. Try it on your first night with your phone close by.

How do I find my size?

Start with the medium tips that come fitted. Pressing? Go a size down. Loose? Go a size up. It's normal to need a different size in each ear.

How do I clean them?

Lukewarm water and a little mild soap, then let them dry completely. The tips come off, so you can wash them separately.

Why not just use foam earplugs?

Foam plugs are made to be thrown away after a few uses, and they can press or work their way out. PLUGS are soft silicone you wash and use again, with four tip sizes and a case to keep them in.

Can I mix colours?

Yes. Choose 2 or 3 pairs, then pick Mint or Black for each one. 2 pairs are LE 999 and 3 pairs are LE 1,449.

What do they come in?

Each set comes in a steel gift tin, with the round carry case and three spare tip pairs inside. It's ready to give as it is.

How much is delivery, and how do I pay?

Delivery is LE 80 anywhere in Egypt: 1–3 days in Cairo, Giza & Alexandria, 2–4 days elsewhere. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, so no card is needed.

Can I wear them while driving?

No. Don't wear them where you need to hear what's around you, like driving or riding a motorbike.

Are they suitable for children?

PLUGS are made for adults and teens. They contain small parts, so keep them away from young children.

Returns

Unopened sets can be returned within 14 days; manufacturing defects are replaced.

Earplugs go in your ears, so an opened set can't come back. That's why every set has four tip sizes: most fit problems are solved with a different tip.
