Unopened sets can be returned within 14 days; manufacturing defects are replaced.

Why opened sets can't come back

Earplugs go in your ears. For hygiene, we can't take back a set once it has been opened, unless it has a manufacturing defect.

Not the right fit?

Every set comes with four tip sizes, so most fit problems are solved with a quick tip swap. The fit guide has the size rule.

Returning an unopened set

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
• Keep the set unopened, in its original packaging.
• We'll tell you how to send it back, and arrange your refund once it reaches us.

Manufacturing defects

If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it.
